Return & Refund Policy (Women’s Clothing)

We accept returns for women’s dresses, coord sets, and Anarkali kurtas under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items on sale/discount, customized pieces, and accessories are not eligible for return.
• Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed after quality check and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchange Option: Exchange is available for size issues, subject to stock availability.
